This privacy policy sets out the terms of how The Adventures of Austin ( “we”, “us” and “our”) and our related companies will use any information or personal information that you (“you”, “yours”) give to us or we collect from you. Personal information means any information about you from which you could be identified such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. Whenever you provide us with personal information we will use it as per these terms. Whilst this privacy policy will apply to most of our websites, some of our websites may have additional terms not covered by this privacy policy and you should always check a site’s Terms of Use carefully.

3. USER’S AGED 16 AND UNDER

In order to provide you with best experience we can we use “cookies” on some of our websites. You can amend or remove the data we hold about you at any time by following these steps: To unsubscribe from a newsletter, click on the unsubscribe link in the email you have received from us. If you would like to find out what information we hold on you or would like us to remove all of your information from our database or have any questions about privacy issues, you can contact us.

7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO OTHER PEOPLE

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. 8. SECURITY
All data is held in line with the best security practices. Servers are in a secure data centre with appropriate physical security measures including access control, fire management and power backup. Data communications lines are diversely routed through different transit (bandwidth) providers. All unused services and accounts are disabled, account lockout policies are tight, strong passwords are used on all accounts. All servers are promptly patched with the latest security updates. All digital servers use up-to-date antivirus software which is updated multiple times each day.

9. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
We may from time to time make changes to this privacy policy, for example if there is a change of law or if we are providing new services. These changes will take effect from the date the updated privacy policy is posted onto the website. We recommend that you check this policy from time to time to see if it has changed. If you continue to use our services after our privacy policy changes you will be bound by those changes.

10. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
In the event that The Adventures of Austin is bought by another party or sells or otherwise disposes of part of its business we reserve the right to sell your information as part of this transfer and you agree to such transfer. If such an event does occur we will require that your data is used as per the terms of this privacy policy unless you are otherwise notified. This policy was last updated on 30 October 2015.
